Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid sustainable shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to ensure the glass components remain protected during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our laboratory inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
